Veeco's line of DC power supplies for molecular beam epitaxy includes integrated PID temperature controllers for accurate, reliable operation of source and substrate heaters. The dc power supply provide excellent flux stability using closed-loop temperature or power feedback, and can be used in standalone or stack configuration. Veeco's DC supplies are compatible with all Veeco effusion cells.
